Missing Lists Available as Excel Spreadsheet

We've had reports of missing lists that didn't migrate and shelves with titles that were previously deleted. Service Interruption Saturday, October 8

This Saturday, October 8, starting at 6:00 pm and ending around midnight, due to some necessary maintenance work, any CLEVNET resource that requires you to login will be unavailable.

Steps to Search for Upcoming Movies That are "On Order"

  1. Change the Everything dropdown to DVD and Blu-ray Only
  2. Click the orange Search button (with no search terms).  This will return all titles with a DVD or Blu-Ray item in the CLEVNET catalog.


  3. Next, scroll forward to use the search facets on the left panel to limit the results.

List Migration Update

  • Some lists still have not migrated.  We are still working to get them imported.

Using Bookmyne - the new CLEVNET Catalog App

The new CLEVNET catalog means that the old app will no longer function.  Bibliocommons provided us with the CLEVNET app. Since we are no longer a customer of Bibliocommons and we have switched to the SisriDynix Enterprise Catalog, we are using their free version of the BookMyne app until we're able to update it to a branded version with more features. The new app, Bookmyne, is available for iOS and Android:

Problems with Passwords

If you are trying to log in and you find that you can't, try entering the letters in your password as uppercase.  Once you have logged in you can change your password back to the original case.  To do that go to "My Account" and then click on the "Personal Information" tab.  Then look for the "Change PIN/Password" link.  Select that and then fill out the PIN information.

If that fails you can reset your password by using this page https://www.clevnet.org/node/7.
