Publishers are limiting your use of eBooks and eAudiobooks through CLEVNET

You know that book that’s at the top of your “Must Read” list? Imagine grabbing your tablet and searching the library’s catalog only to find that the eBook you wanted is unavailable. That’s what will happen under the new policies the major publishers have for public libraries. The new terms restrict how libraries can purchase and circulate eBooks and eAudiobooks. Here’s the situation:

ALERT: Unable to make payments on CLEVNET app and catalog

We are aware of the situation and looking into a solution. Thank you for your patience.

RESOLVED: Fines and emedia checkouts/holds are currently not displaying in the Public Catalog

This issue is resolved.

We are aware of the issue and looking into a solution. Thank you for your patience.

Maintenance August 8 to August 11

From August 8 to August 11 we are conducting some system upgrades.  During this period our ability to send notifications about holds and materials that are due will be affected.  As a result anything that would normally be due to be returned or picked up during that period will have the date extended after August 12.

Notifications through the "My Account" section of the catalog or through the CLEVNET app will function normally during this period.
