RESOLVE: Logging into OverDrive issues

This issue is resolved.



We are currently experiencing issues logging into Overdrive. This is currently preventing patron's from downloading and accessing digital checkouts both in the catalog (search.clevnet.org) and the CLEVNET app. We are working quickly to resolve this issue and will provide updates when the connection has been restored. 


RESOLVED: Fines and Emedia not displaying in catalog

This issue is resolved.


Fines and e-book holds and checkouts are not displaying in "My Account" for the catalog. (search.clevnet.org) We are aware of the problem and looking into a solution.

Problem with Morning Star Investment Center

If a user attempt to download the "Read Full Analyst Report", which is on the quote tab of a companies profile, the user is sometimes prompted to sign up for Morningstar Premium.  As a workaround the user can click on the 3rd tab on the page ‘stock analysis’ and then the full report can be accessed.

The catalog is working again

The catalog is working again.  Thank you for your patience.

The catalog is currently down.  As an alternative you can use the CLEVNET app which is available in the Apple and Android stores.

Resolved: Problems with Fines and Emedia


This has now been resolved.  Fines and electronic media are once again accessible via the catalog.

There is an issue with the catalog, when you are logged into your account fines are not displaying.  Related to this you can not download emedia (electronic) titles. We are working on this issue and hope to have it fixed soon. As an alternative you can download the CLEVNET app.

Mentor Library Joining CLEVNET

On Monday, May 6, Mentor Library (http://www.mentorpl.org/) will be joining CLEVNET.  This means any CLEVNET card holder can now borrow, pick up, and return items at Mentor Library in addition to the current 45 CLEVNET library systems.

Catalog Unavailable Early Morning 10/24

The catalog (search.clevnet.org) will be unavailable from 1am through 6am the morning of 10/24 as we apply software upgrades.


RESOLVED: Catalog is down

Update: This problem has been resolved. 

We are aware of the issue and looking into a solution.
