RESOLVED: Fines and Emedia not displaying in catalog

This issue is resolved.

Fines and e-book holds and checkouts are not displaying in "My Account" for the catalog. (search.clevnet.org) We are aware of the problem and looking into a solution.

Problem with Morning Star Investment Center

If a user attempt to download the "Read Full Analyst Report", which is on the quote tab of a companies profile, the user is sometimes prompted to sign up for Morningstar Premium.  As a workaround the user can click on the 3rd tab on the page ‘stock analysis’ and then the full report can be accessed.

The catalog is working again

The catalog is working again.  Thank you for your patience.


The catalog is currently down.  As an alternative you can use the CLEVNET app which is available in the Apple and Android stores.

Some users may experience issues using the catalog.  We are aware of the issue and are working on a resolution.

RESOLVED: CLEVNET Mobile App and Online Payment Issue

These issues are resolved.


The CLEVNET Mobile App will be undergoing upgrades to fix the issue that occurred earlier today.  These upgrades will also affect the ability to pay fines online in the public catalog (search.clevnet.org).

These services will not be fully functional until tomorrow morning. 


We are experiencing issues with the CLEVNET Mobile App. We are aware of the problem and are currently working on a solution.

Service Interruption -- Resolved

The issues causing the service interruption on 7/24/2018 have been resolved. All library services should be accessible again.
