CLEVNET Service Update

Due to COVID-19, most CLEVNET libraries have closed or have reduced services. Placing holds in the online catalog (search.clevnet.org) has been temporarily disabled for those closed libraries.

CLEVNET catalog outages the week of 3/2

The catalog will experience the following outages the week of 3/2:

  • On Tuesday 3/3 12am through 4am, the catalog (search.clevnet.org) will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance.
  • On Thursday 3/5 11pm through Friday 3/6 7am, online payments through the catalog, e-book checkouts through the catalog, and the mobile app will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance.

UPDATE: Overdrive Issues

This issue has been resolved.


We are currently experiencing an issue with Overdrive. This is preventing patrons from downloading and accessing digital checkouts. We are working quickly to resolve this issue and will provide updates when the connection has been restored.

Maintenance August 8 to August 11

From August 8 to August 11 we are conducting some system upgrades.  During this period our ability to send notifications about holds and materials that are due will be affected.  As a result anything that would normally be due to be returned or picked up during that period will have the date extended after August 12.

Notifications through the "My Account" section of the catalog or through the CLEVNET app will function normally during this period.

RESOLVE: Logging into OverDrive issues

This issue is resolved.

We are currently experiencing issues logging into Overdrive. This is currently preventing patron's from downloading and accessing digital checkouts both in the catalog (search.clevnet.org) and the CLEVNET app. We are working quickly to resolve this issue and will provide updates when the connection has been restored.

Fines and e-book holds and checkouts are not displaying in "My Account" for the catalog. (search.clevnet.org) We are aware of the problem and looking into a solution.

Problem with Morning Star Investment Center

If a user attempt to download the "Read Full Analyst Report", which is on the quote tab of a companies profile, the user is sometimes prompted to sign up for Morningstar Premium.  As a workaround the user can click on the 3rd tab on the page ‘stock analysis’ and then the full report can be accessed.

The catalog is currently down.  As an alternative you can use the CLEVNET app which is available in the Apple and Android stores.
